Pauli Overdorff has been a senior executive officer in the business and professional services industries for more than 30 years. She has significant expertise in the environmental services and waste management industry, telecommunications and construction industry as well as the staffing industry. She was the majority shareholder of First Response Environmental Group, Inc and served as Chairman of the Board prior to the Company’s sale to Tradebe USA.
Before founding Alarian, Ms. Overdorff was Executive Vice President of TMP Worldwide and managed the integration of 17 IT staffing and professional services acquisitions that the company made. Prior to TMP, Ms. Overdorff enjoyed 5 years at Spherion capping her tenure as Executive Vice President where she held operational responsibilities for more than $200 million in North American consulting services. Previously, Pauli has also held senior positions at AGS Computers and Bear Stearns.
Pauli has a BA degree in Philosophy from Mary Baldwin College and an MBA from Baruch College, The City University of New York.

Jim Green has more than 30 years of experience in environmental services with a focus on hazardous waste transportation and disposal, site remediation and regulatory management.
Jim has held senior management positions in both publicly-held and private companies. He has grown small startup companies as President and CEO and has positioned these organizations for sale to public and private companies. He has also managed the Transportation and Disposal Division of Laidlaw Environmental as Senior Vice President, with responsibility for over twenty permitted TSDF’s, 2,000 employees and $250 million in revenue. Subsequently, he served as COO of Heritage Environmental Services with over $120 million of revenue in remedial, transportation and disposal operations. More recently he was CEO of Enviro-Safe which was sold to Triumvirate Environmental in 2008. He stayed with Triumvirate as southeast regional VP until 2016. Jim has been involved with the purchase and sale of numerous environmental companies.
Jim received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Clark University and his Master’s Degree in Medicinal Chemistry from Northeastern University.

Peter Kuhlmann has been an investment banker since 1986. He is principally involved with business service transactions and has initiated and completed assignments in a wide variety of industries. Peter has created concepts, raised capital, and partnered management with capital to launch new companies or take existing businesses to an entirely new level. He is a specialist in the human capital management and staffing sectors and has been closely involved with the formation and early growth of ten human capital management organizations which became nationally or internationally prominent. In addition to his 30+ years of M&A experience, Peter has been an investor and executive in several successful young growth companies ranging from optical imaging to on-line financial news. He is a director of several private companies and has served on the boards of two public companies.
Peter is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
